​​Blayney Shire Council saw Garage Sale Trail as an opportunity to educate the community about the importance of recycling whilst engaging with the community and community groups. It also had flow on impacts for tourism and economic development. Watch the video to learn more.

So the event actually helped bring people together in our community, but also to bring people together from outside the area who may not have actually traveled here before."
